Steven Zatarga is the Chief Operating Officer at M2. He oversees firm-wide operations including service delivery, workforce planning, and account financial performance to ensure disciplined growth and operational excellence. With more than a decade of leadership experience and eight years at M2, Steven brings extensive operational expertise and proven delivery experience to building a high-performing organization focused on scalable growth and continuous innovation.
He works closely with the M2 leadership and teams to strengthen accountability, resource planning, and execution across M2’s portfolio. A recognized expert in business process automation, Steven has led modernization efforts through AI-enabled tools and Smartsheet-powered solutions that improve efficiency and consistency.
Before joining M2, Steven managed operational, strategic, and business development activities for the Darden Group. His experience in scaling operations and optimizing workforce performance continues to shape M2’s growth strategy and its reputation as a nationally recognized Best Workplace serving federal and commercial clients.
