About Phil
Philippe “Phil” Draoui is a Managing Director of M2 Strategy with over 20 years of experience leading Organizational Change and Information Technology programs and projects for the private and public sectors. He provides oversight for the firm’s Technology Consulting practice and offers expert guidance on key client initiatives. Prior to joining M2 Strategy, Mr. Draoui served in management roles at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, Oracle and Ernst & Young. Mr. Draoui has helped large federal organizations restructure their budget (+$2 Billion Annual Budget) and organization (+5,000 FTEs) to better position them for future needs. He also led multiple business process improvement engagements focused on enhancing performance and streamlining complex enterprise processes. His in-depth technical background in Data Management has allowed firms to create state of the art business intelligence systems that have streamlined data access and consolidation. Additionally, his efficient management style has been leveraged by firms to manage multiple resources globally for the design/development of complex systems while consistently being on-time and within budget.
Mr. Draoui is an active volunteer in charities including the Epilepsy Foundation where he spearheads a yearly group for the National Walk for Epilepsy.
Education
Mr. Draoui has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the George Washington University in Washington, DC and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from Boston University in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Data Analytics.
