About Nikhil
Nikhil Ghose is a Senior Manager at M2, supporting clients primarily through project management services, strategic planning, business process assessment and improvement, and technology development. He has utilized M2’s PMO methodology to help clients simplify and standardize how they manage their workload. Nikhil has worked as a project manager for 16+ years and prior to joining M2, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. While on active duty, Nikhil developed what would become foundational consulting skills such as creative thinking, problem-solving, and organization management. Additionally, through the variety of work he performed, he was able to obtain a broad knowledge base in IT systems, test and evaluation, and federal acquisitions.
Education
Nikhil holds a master’s degree in project management and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is also PMP and CSM certified.

In his free time, Nikhil enjoys audiobooks, woodworking projects around the house, and maintaining his growing bonsai collection.
