About Jeff
Jeff Utz is a Principal Management Consultant at M2, where he focuses on providing project management, facilities management, and data analytics expertise. Prior to M2, Jeff worked as a Facilities Project Manager where he specialized in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, as well as identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Jeff also has experience negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring service-level agreement compliance.

Jeff graduated with a Bachelor’s from Frostburg State University and is PMP certified.
