Grant McPolin is a Management Consultant at M2, where he focuses on communications, providing business process improvement, and performance management support. Prior to M2, Grant worked as a project manager where he specialized in coordinating staff for video productions for the Department of Health and Human Services and managed over $1.6 million in budgets through maintaining the lifecycle of projects. Grant also has experience in communication strategies and content creation, as well as optimizing processes and communications to gain efficiencies.

Grant graduated with a bachelor’s in electronic media and broadcasting from Appalachian State University.
