About Chris
Chris Meadows is a Principal Management Consultant at M2, providing human capital, program and project management, strategic workforce planning, data analytics, process improvement, change management, and communications support to clients. Prior to joining M2, he worked for multiple Federal agencies including the Department of Defense and the Small Business Administration. At these agencies, he developed and implemented strategic workforce plans to ensure their employees had the tools and skills to meet their future mission requirements, that leadership focused on the most important priorities, and to modernize outdated and ineffective processes.
Education
Chris received both his M.B.A. and B.A. in business administration from West Virginia University. He was also captain of the cheerleading squad. Chris is certified in Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics for Talent Management from HCI.

In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, scuba diving, gymnastics, wine tasting, trying new restaurants, cheering on WVU and USA sports, and going on adventures across the DMV with his friends.
