Arielle Samuels

Arielle Samuels is a Senior Managing Director at M2. Her focus areas are strategic thought partnership, project management, business process improvement, organizational assessments and design, and communication support for federal clients. Over the last 15 years, Arielle has worked as a management consultant in the public and private sectors specializing in organizational needs assessments, management, data quality measurement, improvement, assurance, and strategic planning. Prior to joining M2, she worked with non-profit organizations, educational agencies (university, state, district, and school level), and federal and local government branches conducting organizational assessments, strategic plans, action plans, and implementation management.

Arielle believes in and embodies M2’s core values. Arielle especially strives to always “Bring the WOW Factor.” She thrives on continuous innovation by assessing and implementing strategies to improve internal processes and service delivery for clients. She enjoys working with and mentoring her M2 colleagues to strengthen the firm’s knowledge base. Arielle also believes in giving back and donating to the Central Union Mission and So Others Might Eat.
