With over 20 years of experience in Organizational Change and Information Technology, Mr. Draoui leads the firm’s Government Service Delivery Practice, ensuring that M2’s solutions enhance operational effectiveness and streamline service delivery. He is a recognized expert in business process automation and establishing management offices. He has developed and refined many of M2’s efficiency-driven tools powered by Smartsheet, which help clients optimize workflows and maximize productivity. His deep expertise in Data Management has enabled M2 clients to implement state-of-the-art business intelligence systems, simplifying data access, integration, and decision-making.

 

Before joining M2, Mr. Draoui held leadership roles at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, Oracle, and Ernst & Young, where he successfully led large-scale IT and organizational transformation initiatives for Federal agencies. His strategic approach has helped government organizations modernize operations, restructure budgets, and implement scalable technology solutions that improve long-term performance.
