About Najim
Najim Assefi is a Principal Management Consultant at M2, where he focuses on providing project management, budget support, and data analytics expertise. Prior to M2, Najim worked most recently as a program manager where he led a program of projects through PMO encompassing process definition and refinement, while ensuring the projects were delivered on a defined scope, schedule, and budget. Najim also has experience in creating contracts, roadmapping, managing subcontractor partners, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
Education
Najim graduated with a bachelor’s from the University of Maryland. Najim is ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and CAPM certified.
