Christopher Proffitt is a Principal Management Consultant at M2. Prior to M2, Christopher aided human capital efforts at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency as a consultant where he specialized in the mapping of federal occupational career paths, updated position descriptions, and led efforts to overhaul employee training and development programs.
Education
Christopher graduated with a Master of Arts in Security Policy Studies from George Washington University and has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine.
Interesting Facts
In his free time, Christopher enjoys early morning gym sessions with his wife, spending quality time with his son, and sending an unnecessary amount of memes to his close friends.
Heroes: His father – A dedicated family man and business owner, who after 20 years as a volunteer firefighter in their rural community, never hesitates to hold the line despite overwhelming odds and being under-provisioned. His mother – An incredibly involved mother of incredible kindness and generosity, dedicated 20 years to the K-6 grade education and always found time to help others.
