About Laura
Laura Hesse is a Senior Management Consultant at M2, where she focuses on providing training development expertise, evaluation and assessment, and overall management consulting support. Prior to M2, Laura worked as a learning and development coordinator where she specialized in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple training, learning, and development programs. Laura also has experience in change management, strategic planning, creating training curriculums, as well as taking a proactive approach to project management that aligns with established goals.

Laura graduated with a master’s from George Washington University, and a bachelor’s from New York University.
