About Jay
Jay Carroll is a Principal Management Consultant at M2, where he focuses on providing business-process improvement, change management, and performance management design support. Prior to M2, Jay has experience working with both public (CMS, BUMED & DOC) and private sectors (Financial Services). Jay specializes in creating requirement guides, managing, and tracking project budgets, overseeing project milestones and deliverables, as well as creating and presenting data visualizations.
Education
Jay graduated with a bachelor’s from High Point University and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Interesting Facts
In his free time, a Northern Virginia native and Annapolis resident, Jay enjoys chasing after his young son, JJ, and dog, Kevin the Pug, on the weekends. An avid sports and film lover, he enjoys spending time with his wife watching Formula 1 to a thrilling drama. He is looking forward to getting his boating license to eventually teach his son how to drive as well.
Hero: One of his heroes is Alexander Hamilton, who helped define how the federal government operated today against all odds and showed resilience in his efforts. His dedication and hard work have inspired Jay to always think about all possible paths forward in all situations, even unconventional ones yet uncovered.
