Madeleine Avila is a Management Consultant at M2, where she provides organizational design, communications, and business process improvement support to her clients. Prior to joining M2, Madeleine served in a supervisory role within the Fairfax County Health Department leading a high-risk community health taskforce focused on providing culturally competent care to vulnerable populations.
Education
Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Forensic Psychology from George Mason University, with a concentration in Homeland Security.
