Geraldine has over a decade of experience serving as an HR Leader for commercial and non-profit Firms, including developing forward-thinking HR policies and conflict resolution guidelines.

Geraldine holds a dual master’s degree (M.B.A. and H.R.M.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marymount University. She is also SHRM-CP certified.
